Problem opening app on my tv

The customer service representative was very nice and patient. My problem was not actually through acorn I just didn't realize I needed to open the app through Amazon on my TV because I had only been watching on my phone and didn't know on the TV to do it through Amazon.

I have in the past had it directly through acorn. Thank you for the assistance.

It opened perfectly. Acorn customer service did a great job.

I had somehow received a bill for an annual subscription to Acorn TV for $69.99. I didn't think about it and paid the amount but then realized that I was already paying Prime monthly for a subscription to Acorn.
It took a few efforts but finally contacted a representative who knew what she was doing. And today I received credit for the $69.99.
Finally. I still don't know why I received a direct bill from Acorn TV but am very satisfied with the result having received the full credit I requested.
